This Karma Experience accommodation offer is part of a very special marketing program and is only valid for the persons & party size detailed in your written confirmation letter which will be sent to you shortly. You will be required to carry this along with your photo ID (passport for identification purposes during your check-in at the resort). If you do not have proper ID, you may be refused to check-in.
In your confirmation voucher we clearly outline details of your hotel, room type, number in traveling party, check in, check out dates and other inclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, guests will be responsible for all costs relating to food & beverage, room service, telephone, laundry, spa, visas and any other costs incurred during their stay, except where breakfast is included.
In order to minimize the cost of no show fees from our partner hotels, all clients are required to provide their flight details at least 30 days before date of arrival. Failure to provide flight details will result in your booking with Karma Experience being cancelled. Bookings made for dates within 30 Days must provide flight details within 72 Hours from time of booking.
Your Holiday Preview accommodation is offered at a subsidized privilege rate.
On check-in guests may be asked to present a credit card or pay a refundable deposit. Check-in is at 14:00 & Check out at 12:00
Holiday Preview Terms & Conditions
This Karma Experience promotional holiday offer is exclusively designed for married couples and / or families (living together minimum of 1 year), who are aged 27 years and above. The male partner must be in full time employment or early retired. Both partners are required to attend a 2 hour VIP complimentary preview which showcase the wonderful world of Karma Group. Karma Group are a multi award winning Lifestyle and Leisure Group.
As the sponsors of your Karma Experience promotional holiday offer, Karma Group are subsidizing your accommodation thus saving you money off the normal rate, failure to adhere to these conditions will result in breach of the Holiday Preview conditions and subsequently you will be charged the full rate for the accommodation.
The Company reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation. However, all accommodation provided would be of a similar or higher standard.
With all last minute specials booked for dates within 30 days from time of booking, no change of dates with partner hotels are permitted.
This offer is not transferable, redeemable for cash and it cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. This promotion is not capable of being repeated to the same guest more than once.
Cancellation Policy
The following percentages may be higher or lower depending on the terms & conditions of the hotel providing the accommodation.
More than 30 days - 10%
30 - 16 days - 20%
Less than 8 days – 100%
Peak Season – 30 days or less 100%
Must be received in writing and the date received is the applicable date
