  1. Your 7 nights complimentary Karma Experience is an exclusive offer and is only valid for the persons & parties detailed in your written confirmation letter. Please ensure upon check in that you have your passport / valid ID to ensure a smooth check in experience.
  2. The USD 99 as the admin/booking fee is non-refundable. And USD 100 is redeemable against food and beverage or spa treatments and will be deducted off the total bill value prior to checking out from the resort. Guests may be asked to present a credit card, or pay a refundable deposit to cover these expenses.
  3. Karma Experience complimentary offers are exclusively designed for couples or families who are 27 + years of age, married or living together for 1 year or over, and where the male partner / husband is in a full time employment.
  4. Your Karma Experience VIP Preview will last a MINIMUM of 60 Minutes. Booking rates are highly subsided rates in order to be able to showcase to non-members the wonderful world of Karma. Failure to attend the minimum 60 Minute Karma Experience VIP Preview, will result in a breach of the Karma Experience Terms and Conditions, and the non-member will subsequently charged the full rate of their accommodation on check out of the resort. The minimum 60 Minute Karma Experience VIP Preview will be scheduled at the first full day of your holiday by your personal Karma Experience concierge. You will be under no obligation to purchase anything and there are no strings attached during the minimum 60 Minute Karma Experience VIP Preview.
  1. Karma Experience and Karma Resorts reserve the rights to offer alternative accommodation. However all accommodation provided would be offered at a similar or higher quality standard.
  2. Your Karma Experience concierge team will contact you up to one month prior to your arrival in order to check whether the booking details are correct to confirm flight details as well to confirm and last minute requirements. During this call your Karma Experience VIP Preview will be scheduled.
  3. Karma Experience complimentary offers are non-refundable.
  4. With any last minute bookings for travel dates within 30 days from time of booking no dates changes are permitted. If you are traveling outside of 30 days from time of booking you are able to change date 1 time free of charge but must be within 30 days of your original travel dates.
