  1. Your 14 Nights Complimentary Karma Experience is an exclusive offer and is only valid for the persons & parties detailed in your written confirmation letter. Please ensure upon check in that you have your passport / valid ID to ensure a smooth check in experience.
  2. Karma Experience guest will be responsible for all costs related to food and beverage, room service, telephone, laundry, spa and any other costs incurred during their stay. Your $50 deposit will be redeemable against food and beverage or spa treatments and will be deducted off the total bill value prior to checking out from the resort. Members will be ask to present a credit card, or pay a refundable deposit to cover these expenses.
  3. Karma Experience guest offers are exclusively designed for couple or family who are 30 - 75 years of age, married or living together for 1 year or over, and where the male partner / husband is in a full time employment.
  4. Your Karma Experience VIP Preview will last a MINIMUM of 60 Minutes. Booking rates are highly subsided rates in order to be able to showcase to new members the wonderful world of Karma. Failure to attend the minimum 60 Minute Karma Experience VIP Preview, will result in a breach of the Karma Experience Terms and Conditions, and the member will subsequently charged full rate of their accommodation on check out of the resort. The minimum 60 Minute Karma Experience VIP Preview will be scheduled at the first full day of your holiday by your personal Karma Experience concierge. You will be under no obligation to purchase anything and there are no strings attached during the minimum 60 Minute Karma Experience VIP Preview.
  1. Karma Experience and Karma Resorts reserve the rights to offer alternative accommodation. However all accommodation provided would be offered at a similar or higher quality standard.
  2. Your Karma Experience Concierge team will contact you up to one month prior to your arrival in order to check whether the booking details are correct to confirm flight details as well to confirm any last minute changes or requirements. During this call your Karma Experience VIP Preview will be scheduled.
