Congratulations on securing your exclusive Karma Experience Promotional Offer. Please see below the Terms and Conditions of your Karma Experience Booking. Once you have read them, please tick the boxes, and return to us by hitting Submit.

  1. Your 7 nights complimentary Karma Experience is an exclusive offer and is only valid for the persons & parties detailed in your written confirmation letter. Please ensure upon check in that you have your passport / valid ID to ensure a smooth check in experience.
  2. Karma Experience guests will be responsible for all costs related to food and beverage, room service, telephone, laundry, spa and any other costs incurred during their stay. Your $50 deposit is non refundable, and will be redeemable against food and beverage or spa treatments and will be deducted off the total bill value prior to checking out from the resort. Guests may be asked to present a credit card, or pay a refundable deposit to cover these expenses.
  3. Karma Experience complimentary offers are exclusively designed for couples or families who are 27 + years of age, married or living together in a de-facto relationship for one year or over, and where the male partner / husband is in full time employment or retired.
  4. As a guest of Karma Experience we would like to catch up with you to introduce you to resort facilities as well as all amenities available during your stay. We will also take some time to update you with current developments within the Karma Group International resort destinations.
  1. Karma Experience reserves the rights to offer alternative accommodation. However all accommodation provided would be offered at a similar or higher quality standard.
  2. Karma Experience complimentary offers are non-refundable.
  3. With any last minute bookings for travel dates within 30 days from time of booking no dates changes are permitted. If you are traveling outside of 30 days from time of booking you are able to change date 1 time free of charge but must be within 30 days of your original travel dates.
