Your complimentary Karma Experience gift certificate is Valid for 2 adults and is specifically designed to enable you to come and experience for yourself just how good holidays with the Karma Group can be.
Your Karma Experience gift certificate is subject to the terms and conditions detailed below:
1 Your complimentary gift certificate entitles you to a holiday stay in one of Karma Groups multi award winning international participating resort destinations. Your gift certificate is valid for 2 adults and is subject to availability at the time of redemption.
2 Karma Experience guests will be responsible for all costs related to food and beverage, room service, telephone, laundry, spa and any other costs incurred during their stay. Your $50 deposit will be redeemable against food and beverage or spa treatments and will be deducted off the total bill value prior to checking out from the resort. Guests may be asked to present a credit card, or pay a refundable deposit to cover these expenses.
3 A mandatory daily government tax applies at all Karma resorts.
4 Your complimentary Karma Experience comes with a unique promotional code found on the gift certificate. This must be presented at time of redemption.
5 Your Karma Experience gift certificate is not for retail sale and has no cash redemption value if not taken up.
6 Your Karma Experience accommodation is offered strictly on a subject to availability basis, black outs apply during peak periods.
7 At no time does Karma Experience warrant to satisfy preferred choices at time of redemption.
8 Karma Experience reserve the right to accommodate guests in offsite accommodation nearby if accommodation is unavailable at the time of check in. In such an event the participating resort will make its services and amenities available to the recipients and reserves the right to move the recipients back on site if and when accommodation does become available. Should offsite accommodation be required this shall be a Karma resorts expense.
9 As guests of Karma Experience you are required to attend a compulsory no obligation sixty (60) minute resort presentation, introducing you to resort facilities as well as all amenities available to you during your stay. We will also showcase the benefits of the Karma Group Membership program. The resort reserves the right to charge for accommodation at the prevailing rack rate if the recipients do not attend a presentation.
10 Karma Experience complimentary offers are non-refundable.
11 With any last minute bookings for travel dates within 30 days from time of booking no dates changes are permitted. If you are traveling outside of 30 days from time of booking you are able to change date 1 time free of charge but must be within 30 days of your original booking dates.
12 Your Karma Experience gift voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. All holiday requests should be made no more than 24 months and no less than 30 days prior to the desired holiday times.
13 The Karma Experience reservations team will reconfirm your stay 14 days prior to your arrival dates. Guests must provide flight details to the Karma Experience reservations team no later than 14 days prior to check in. The Karma Experience reservations team reserves the right to cancel reservations should flight details not be provided. This is solely to protect our resorts against no show clients allowing for accommodation to be released and rebooked where required.
14 These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between the parties, the Karma Group and Karma Experience takes no responsibility for any representations or warranties not contained herein.
