Instructions on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions are to prevail.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Competition entry is achieved by filling out an entry form from email marketing, online, or via any expos, trade shows, events or charity events where Karma Experience or Karma Resorts have entry forms available.
3. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. The winner must be over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the draw.
4. Competition commences on 1st January 2019 with entries closing at midnight Australian Western Standard Time ("AWST") on 31st December 2019
5. Winner will be drawn at a special Prize Draw Event, being held at the Karma Resorts Bali Office at Jl Bypass Ngurah Rai, No 61, Suwung Kauh, Bali on 6Th January 2020.
6. There is ONE major prize:
   1. One chance only to win a combination of four (4) weeks across Karma’s multi award winning destinations. two (2) return economy flights class flights valued at $2000USD and a food and beverage credit valued at $2,000USD. This is the confirmed prize subject to the following conditions:
      1. the Promoter will determine the carrier the winner will fly with;
      2. the prize includes two (2) return tickets;
      3. travel departure point is from any domestic airport in Australia with DIRECT flights to the destination of choice airport;
      4. destinations included in the prize will be in accordance with the requirements of the airline;
      5. the booking of tickets must be completed via the Promoter or the Promoter's nominated travel agency;
      6. the tickets must be redeemed within twelve (12) months from the issue date, otherwise it will be deemed forfeited;
      7. the tickets are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply;
      8. the winner and passenger must travel together on the same flights at all times;
      9. the winner will be responsible for obtaining relevant visa for visiting countries prior to departure;
      10. the Promoter will not be liable for any missed or cancelled flights.
      11. the accommodation must be booked via Karma Experience
      12. the accommodation must be redeemed within twelve (12) months from the issue date, otherwise it will be deemed forfeited;
      13. the accommodation is subject to availability and blackout periods may apply.
7. Once flights or accommodation have been booked, the winner is responsible for any costs associated with subsequent itinerary changes, cancellations amendments or other administration charges.
8. The "Major Draw Winner" will be determined by drawing their name out of a barrel and there is no requirement that the preliminary winner is present at the draw.
9. All envelopes will be indistinguishable from one another. Envelopes will be mixed in a barrel or similar devise so the order is indeterminable. One participant only will select one envelope only.
10. In the event the prize is unavailable or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize pool of equal value.
11. The Major Draw Winner must have identification to prove his or her name and address on the winning ticket drawn from the barrel.
12.  Redemption of the prize shall be requested in writing to the Promoter within one (1) month from publication of prize. The Promoter may award the prize in this competition to the second chosen entry if the prize remains unclaimed within that period.
13. Any taxes and/or charges imposed by the Australian Government and/or by foreign governments and/or authorities on departing passengers are payable by the passenger at the time of ticket issue that otherwise are not included in the ticket price.
14. A valid passport is required for all International journeys.
15. Travel insurance does not form part of this prize and it is strongly suggested that winners arrange adequate travel insurance, at their own expense, for the entire duration of the trip.
16. Meals or tips, transfer fees (other than specified), airport transfer fees, excess baggage, government taxes, airport charges, travel insurance, spending money and any other personal expenses not specified in the prize package must be paid for by the winner.
17. The Major Prize winner ticket holder is entitled to the normal baggage allowance as per applicable airline rules.
18. The Major Prize winner must give permission for photographs to be taken and used in promotional materials including on websites, via social media and in print of all kinds.
19. Each week for a period of 25 weeks unless the promoter decides to extend this period, will offer 25 people at random who fall under their terms and conditions a chance to receive a complimentary seven nights of accommodation at a participating Karma Resort. This runner up  prize subject to the following conditions:
    1. Your seven night complimentary stay entitles you to a holiday stay in one of the Karma Group International destinations featured as a part of this promotion. All Accommodation is subject to availability.
    2. There is no fee for accommodation, however a non-refundable booking fee of $150 is charged to cover administration costs of the booking. $50 as an administration fee and $100 be returned to you in the form of a food and beverage credit on arrival in resort.  
    3. A mandatory daily government tax applied in the resorts
    4. Your Karma Experience complimentary stay has been designed exclusively for couples and families that are married or living in a defacto relationship for more than two years, and who are aged 27 and above, where the male partner / husband is in full time employment or early retired.
    5. This offer is in respect of accommodation only. All travel, insurance and expenses incurred past the $100 resort credit in the resort remain the responsibility of the recipients.
    6. The offer is not for retail sale and has no cash redemption value if not taken up.
    7. Accommodation is offered strictly subject to availability, black outs apply during peak periods.
    8. At no time does Karma Experience warrant to satisfy the preferred choices and in the event that no confirmed reservation is at all provided, no booking fees or charges will apply.
    9. Participating resorts reserve the right to accommodate guests in a resort or hotel nearby at the resorts expense if accommodation is unavailable at the time of check in. In such event the participating resort will make its services and amenities available to the recipients and reserves the right to move the recipients back on site if and when accommodation does become available.
    10. As guests of the resort recipients are required to attend a no obligation 60 minute promotional presentation of the resort facilities and benefits of its Karma Group Membership program. The resort reserves the right to charge for accommodation at the prevailing rack rate if the recipients do not attend a presentation.
    11. This holiday voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. All holiday requests should be made no more than 12 months and no less than 45 days before the desired holiday times.
    12. All reservations must be reconfirmed no less than 14 days prior to arrival dates. Guests must provide their flight details to the reservations department at time of reconfirmation again 14 days prior to check in, otherwise reservations will be canceled. This is to protect our resorts against no show clients allowing for accommodation to be released and rebooked where required.
20. By entering this competition, entrants provide consent to receive marketing and promotional material from the promoter. Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing and promotional material from the promoter. 
21. Employees and contractors of the Promoter or their families are ineligible to enter this draw.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a prize winner if the prize winner has breached any of these rules in obtaining the prize.
23. The Promoter's decision is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
