Your Karma Experience gift certificate is subject to the terms and conditions detailed below:
1. Your complimentary gift certificate entitles you to a holiday stay in one of Karma Groups multi award winning international participating resort destinations. Your gift certificate is valid for 1 married/ co-living couple and is subject to availability at the time of redemption.
2. As part of this highly discounted promotional offer, you and your family are required to attend a complimentary Karma VIP Preview for just 2 hours during your stay, where you get further information on the latest news, special offer, and savings from across the Karmaverse.
3. You are required to pay a redeemable amount of $100 as a booking guarantee & processing fee. However, this will be reimbursed to you in the form of a food and beverage credit at the resort.
4. This is an accommodation only offer and all travel and insurance expenses together with charges for food and beverages incurred whilst staying at the resort, remains payable by the guest.
5. A mandatory daily government tax applies at all Karma resorts.
6. If you would like extra flexibility on dates you may choose to avail our Felxi Fare option at an additional cost of $50 that allows one date change.
7. This voucher is valid for travel within 24 months from the date of issue.
8. Black-out dates apply during peak periods. Please check with your Karma Club Experience Concierge at the time of booking. If guests fail to adhere to all the above conditions, the company reserves the right to charge the actual value of the stay.
9. This voucher is non-transferable, not for retail sale and has no cash redemption value if not used.
